Our Quality Assurance System was developed in order to ensure
the production of safe and effective products in compliance with
the current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) regulations, industry
standards and our client's specifications/marketing requirements.
Quality Assurance 
Encompasses all matters that individually or collectively influence the quality of a product.
Pancap ensures the highest level of quality through standard operating procedures (SOP),
material and product specifications, batch document reviews, change control, training
and audit management.
Quality Control 
Quality control includes material and product testing, analytical method validation, stability
studies and microbiological monitoring. This is all supported by our in-house analytical laboratory.
Validation 
Validation standards are assured through installation/operational equipment qualification,
as well as cleaning and process validation.
Regulatory Affairs
Includes the support of our clients in the preparation and submission of regulatory information.
